DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within one business day. 

Orders are typically shipped next business day, so Friday through Sunday orders ship on Monday. Occasionally our small team will have a big volume day and orders get delayed one more business day but it is rare and we will reach out to affected customers.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders currently ship standard UPS ground shipping which can take 3-5 business days. We are shipping from our humble headquarters in Arcata, California so shipments to customers on the East coast may be on the longer side of 3-5 business days.

Every order is provided a tracking number so you can check when to expect your shipment. The UPS delivers Monday through Saturday, and occasionally Sunday during the holidays.

Cannadips keeps it simple and covers the cost of shipping on all orders above the minimum order quantity.

*We like to keep it local, so our products ship from our Northern California headquarters. We noticed heavy weather can result delayed arrival times. Every shipment has a tracking number so you can follow where you tins might be.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and therefore we cannot ship B2B orders to P.O. Boxes. If this is a challange for your business, consider having your order shipped to a UPS store near you.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Orders ship within 1 business day of your order. You will get an email notification that includes a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives. Contact us if you have any questions or issues at Support@CannadipsB2B.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Cannadips is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cannadips is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or your order never arrived, please reach out to us at Support@CannadipsB2B.com and we can find a solution. Note, sometimes this might be contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Cannadips currently ships to nearly all states in the United States. To order Cannadips in Europe, please visit our sister European CBD website. For all other countries, we’re coming! Follow us on social media to learn when we arrive.
