Below are the terms and conditions of "B2B" sales by Boldt Runners Coporation ("Seller") to approved customers ("Retailers").
Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Seller may communicate changes by electronic mail or other means to Retailers any changes to these terms and conditions
Seller will make its products (“Products”) available for sale directly to Retailers who have been approved through the online application process located at CannadipsB2B.com/apply. Retailers will be approved in Seller’s sole discretion. After approval, Retailer will be invited to set up a login and password to access the ordering portal and online catalogue.
Requirements for Approval
- Retailer owns one or more independent brick and mortar retail stores where Retailer intends to sell Products.
- Retailer agrees to sell Products only to individual consumers and agrees not to resell Products to consumers via online sales or to other resellers. Retailer further agrees that all purchases of Products are not for Retailer’s personal use.
- Retailer provides proof of reseller status for each retail store for the applicable state or locality.
If, after approval, Seller determines that Retailer has sold Products to consumers via online sales or to other resellers, or if Seller determines that Retailer has made purchases of Products for Retailer’s personal use, Seller, in its sole discretion, may cease to sell Products directly to Retailer.
Retailers will place orders for individual stores through Portal.CannadipsB2B.com. All payments must be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) at the time the order is placed. Applicable taxes and fees may be added, as necessary, to the purchase cost and are the obligation of the Retailer. Seller reserves the right to limit order quantities.
Credit Card processing charges will be covered by Seller.
Shipping charges will be covered by Seller.
Seller will sell and ship the prodcut within the United States to states that which that the Seller determines the product to be legal. These states currectly include:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
All Products will be sold in units of 5-tin sleeves. Individual tins are not available for sale to Retailers. Retailer's first purchase must contain a minimum quantity of five (5) sleeves that can be a mix of the available flavors (e.g. one sleeve each of five different flavors, or five sleeves of a single flavor). Thereafter, each order must have a minimum quantity of two (2) total sleeves.
All Product sales are final. Returns are not accepted except as set forth below for orders containing damaged Product or errors in order fulfillment.
Damages or Errors in Fulfillment
Retailer will notify Seller by sending an email to Support@CannadipsB2B.com within five (5) business days of receipt of an order which included damaged Products or an error in fulfillment. Retailer should provide as much information as possible in the email, including pictures and other relevent details. Seller will work with Retailer to determine the best method to correct the issue which may include return and replacement of Products or another remedy.
